I’ve had some requests to do the How to Let Go of the Past So You Can Get Started on Your Future, seminar again. We usually do this in January for the new year, but I don’t want you to have to wait until then.
We all want someone good to love. But, if you’ve been hurt in the past, that can make it difficult to move on and build a new relationship.
Sometimes, you get stuck in the grief. Or the fear of getting hurt again can hold you back.
We’ll talk about how to deal with your grief and fear. But most of the workshop will be interactive. (Bring old magazines if you have them).
- You’ll sit at tables and cut out pictures of things that represent what you’ve lost
- Then you can place them on your poster board (we’ll provide the supplies)
- And if you want, you can share your board with others
I know it sounds silly, but this is a way to memorialize your loss and share your story. That’s part of how you heal your grief so you can move on. It’s also very comforting to hear the stories of others who are going through the same thing.
You can also put things on your board to represent your new hopes and dreams.
This is a very popular workshop, so sign-up early to reserve your seat. Plus, we need to know you’re coming so we have enough supplies for everyone! There’s a slight price increase: $15 if you register early, $20 at the door. But to offset the increase, we’re bringing back our 2-for-1 coupon so you and a friend can split the cost!
I hope to see you there.
Take Good Care,
Vondie :)
